The course outlines some easy-to-implement tips to help you get a better night’s sleep. These range from changing your sleeping environment and implementing a consistent routine, to being physically active every day. Stress is also a well-known sleep disruptor. In itself stress can lead to physical and mental health issues. However, if stress also deprives you of sleep, it could intensify these, and cause further harm. This course helps you recognise when you might be stressed and suggests some techniques for managing stress effectively and how to sleep better with anxiety, so that you fall asleep faster and achieve better quality sleep.
