In-House Delivery that Fits Your Operation

Training is delivered on your premises, helping your people learn on familiar equipment and within real working conditions. This practical approach supports better knowledge transfer and safer day-to-day use of plant machinery.

Clear Learning Outcomes

Each course focuses on safe operation, hazard awareness, and correct procedures so your team can work confidently and competently with the plant and machinery relevant to their roles.

Straightforward Path to Certification

With recognised accreditation routes (City & Guilds, ITSSAR, NPORS), you can select the option that aligns with your business needs and client expectations. Successful candidates receive certification that reflects their assessed competence on the applicable plant equipment.

Who It’s For:

  • Organisations operating plant and machinery across construction, fabrication, manufacturing, and warehousing
  • Supervisors and operators who need structured, accredited training on specific machinery items
  • Businesses seeking a consistent standard of safe practice across multiple site locations

How We Work with You:

  1. Discuss your requirements – tell us which plant equipment and tasks you need to cover.
  2. Agree the programme – we shape the sessions around your site setup and job roles.
  3. Deliver training in-house – practical, relevant instruction on the equipment you use.
  4. Assess and certify – a clear route to recognised accreditation where applicable.
  5. Follow-up guidance – helpful pointers to keep good practice embedded in daily work.
