WA management have helped to increase the visibility of health and safety within the business, implementing an auditing schedule which includes site-based audits which were not previously undertaken.

This schedule has been utilised alongside annual health and safety awareness training days to engage workers and improve the safety culture overall.

Learning from increased accident and near miss reporting has lead to the team having a better understanding of health and safety processes.
