What support do we provide?

We can build a bespoke support plan to suit the requirements of your event – previously, we have provided the following support:

Attending and having a part in the planning team to ensure all safety requirements are met.
Attending the LOC as a member and representing to SAG (safety advisory group) boards.
Leading on the development and publication of event risk assessments.
Supporting the development of the event safety plan, Construction Design Management documentation, overlay fire risk assessment and lightning Policy.
Leading evaluation of site capacity calculations and gave input into venue design and flows to ensure they abided by safety best practice.
Giving input into accessibility and equal opportunity of spectators in build design.
Checking and approving sub-contractor risk assessments and insurance pre-event build.
Undertaking event readiness training (resilience training) in conjunction with the event Director and prior to the event.
Monitoring and supporting progress in addressing those issues that can only be addressed by the event team or sub-contractors.
Working with the venue operation team to produce and deliver site inductions.
Overseeing and undertaking the temporary infrastructure health and safety sign-off process.
Acting as appointed COVID officer and delivered a behind closed doors COVID secure event during nationwide lockdown as a trial event for further opening of UK sports and events industry.
Completing multiple venue checks each day including one prior to the doors open each day (and include a daily report).
Providing on-going and continuous support in addressing Health & Safety issues, including addressing actions required by visiting HSE Inspectors, changes to legislation, and changes to activities.
Giving ad hoc advice and support through phone calls, visits and e-mails on an on-going basis throughout.
Online inductions using internal software.
Taking part of the debrief process so detailed lessons learnt can be conducted to ensure continuous improvement for ongoing events.
