How did you end up working at WA Management?
I had recently completed by NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Health and Safety and after six years working in manufacturing surrounded by the automotive industry, I felt that my knowledge on health and safety was single minded and that there was so much more to learn. I saw an advert for a position at WA Management and made the decision to step back from what I know and go into the unknown.
What are you working on at the moment?
Having recently completed my ISO 9001 Foundation course, I am striving to develop my knowledge on ISO standards.
Along with further developing my core training by working to become an IOSH Trainer and bumping up my NVQ to a Level 6.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
As with my work life, I always love to learn or try new things. For that, what I do in my spare time will depend entirely on who is around and what is on! All my immediate family and close friends are bikers, and we are equally as mad as each other. So, anything from riding pillion to gardening.
The only two constants since I was in my early years are hiking and drumming, when I can find a new trail or forgiving neighbours!
