Mental Health At Work
Good mental health awareness is important in the workplace – mental health problems are common, with one in four people in the UK experiencing this at some point, and can be exacerbated by stress at work. Employers have a responsibility to help their employees with mental health issues.
This Mental Health at Work course can help to increase awareness of mental health issues and give you the tools to understand the mental wellbeing of both yourself and those around you. At the highest level, this course will give you the skills needed to become a mental health first aider for your workplace.
We offer group training for this course both in house and at our Leamington Spa office. We also hold regular open courses at our Leamington site – perfect for if you only need a couple of employees trained.
