About Us

WA Management is a long standing management consultancy established in 1981 and built on the principles of integrity and professionalism. This is reinforced by the processes and procedures embedded within the company which are externally certified to ISO 9001:2015. The methodology followed for all the work undertaken is outlined below:

  1. Define : Identify the service that the client requires.
  2. Plan : Develop an action plan with measurable objectives which details a road map to success.
  3. Implement : Using the action plan stage by stage, the required course is followed whilst evolving over time.
  4. Measure : Regular audits and periodic management reports to deliver trend analysis of the day to day operation.
  5. Review : Hold management reviews with the client to monitor and continuously improve performance.

For more than 35 years, WA Management has delivered services directly to the client across different industries throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Middle East. This work is undertaken within various industries ranging from manufacturing and construction through to transportation and service providers. We pride ourselves in the long term working relationships we establish with clients who have been introduced to us, either personally or by external bodies, some of whom we have worked with for over 25 years.
